Bryan Mora

When I first started practicing yoga, I had a dead-end job, too much stress and no light at the end of the tunnel. I’d done martial arts for three years but still had very limited flexibility. Yoga has provided me great benefits to both mind and body. Once I started attending, I fell in love with the practice and with the difference it made in my athleticism, breath, stamina, and movement. After seeing all of these benefits, I wanted to learn more so I decided to get my Yoga Teacher Training certification. I've been teaching since 2011 and love to fuse vinyasa flow style with a mixture of Tai Chi and martial arts. I also enjoy teaching beginning yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Know that yoga is not just for your physical strength or flexibility, but for all aspects of your life. Hope to see you in class. Namaste.
