Michael Masterson
After experiencing firsthand Yoga's marvelous ability to transform the body, mind and spirit, I began my journey to further understand Yoga and how it sparks our internal fire. Yoga quickly became a huge part of my life and it seemed only natural for me to want to give back. I shortly received my 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certification. My classes aim to develop balance and harmony within each individual by creating a practice that is both physical and meditative. Every class is music lead with the use of essential oils that will cleanse, calm and rejuvenate.
Michael Masterson instructs the following:
- Vinyasa Flow Level 2-3
A challenging, alignment based class of dynamic movement linked with breath designed for experienced students who want to develop a more advanced yoga practice by improving deep inner strength, flexibility and balance. This class may include arm balances, inversions, and more advanced balancing poses.
