Erika Faith Calig, E-RYT 500 is the fearless leader of Cloud Nine Yoga School. For two decades, Erika has guided students in the art and sacred practice of yoga, and has trained thousands of meditation and yoga teachers around the world. Her playful, yet grounded style assists others to view life with down-to-earth lightness. Through the use of heart-centered poems, ecstatic music and aromatherapy, Erika creates a special kind of community in her classes. Talented and respected in her field, Erika is passionately facilitating public yoga classes, yoga trainings, workshops and retreats from California to Hawaii, Bali to Costa Rica.

A great place to build a foundation for your practice. The basics and fundamentals of yoga poses are introduced in a vinyasa style class linking breath with movement, emphasizing proper alignment, and the use of props such as blocks and straps to safely navigate you into a variation of each pose that best suits your body. This class assists in creating new habits of mindful movement guided by breath to help build confidence, strength, flexibility, and balance. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace.
