In 2010, during a stressful period in my life, I decided to try yoga. After attending my first class I was hooked! Yoga became an essential part of my life. This practice instantaneously gave me a level of calmness I never thought was possible. Over time I found myself getting more involved in the yoga community, not only by attending classes, but by making a complete lifestyle change. Yoga has given me the tools to become a healthier individual, physically, spiritually and mentally.
In May of 2015, I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Cloud Nine Yoga and received my certification in Prenatal Yoga with Jennifer More. I discovered an ability to listen to my body and spirit with an open heart. It’s helped me to become more aware of my breath on my mat but most importantly off of my mat, in the real world, where it matters most. Yoga instilled a peacefulness in me that compelled me to pass it on to others. Although yoga has been in my life for 5 years I feel this journey has only just begun.

A Hatha style class specifically for the beginning yoga student with no experience. This class is designed to guide students safely through transitions and the fundamentals of basic yoga poses. A great foundation for anyone brand new to yoga. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace.

Children have the innate ability to have fun! Kids Yoga allows children to explore their bodies' capabilities. Our mini yogis and yoginis will learn poses through playful instruction and interaction.
