For years, I'd consciously seek opportunities to witness the peace that was calling from my heart. In 2013 I was at a crossroads in my life and instantly felt called to the wisdom of yoga, a practice that shed light on an opportunity to release my ego from its fear of truly being happy. Having powered through physical, hormonal, emotional, and other neurological healing, I signed up for my first yoga class and surrendered to my life's practice seconds before I took my leap of faith through the doors to my first studio. What followed to this day was pure ecstasy.
Yoga has helped me cultivate and radiate healing and growth from the inside-out. Yoga has provided me with the passion for welcoming life's joys and, even more-so, its sufferings as the gifts that they are that allow me to become a better me, providing space for others who share my path to do the same. With breath as my guide, I emphasize a mindful approach to the subtle mind and body, providing practical opportunities for students like myself to purify through awareness, acceptance, and purpose on their mats, taking their wisdom where it matters most, allowing others to do the same. A Hatha style class specifically for the beginning yoga student with no experience. This class is designed to guide students safely through transitions and the fundamentals of basic yoga poses. A great foundation for anyone brand new to yoga. Students are encouranged to go at their own pace.

For students of all levels. A vinyasa flow of dynamic movement linked with breath. This class focuses on the fundamentals of basic to intermediate poses with an emphasis on safe alignment, mindful breathing, and assists in the gradual development of greater flexibility, strength and balance.
